TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payments
Email us at cicitravel@cicitravel.com to start your booking. Pay a 40% deposit to confirm. If you book less than 90 days before departure, pay the full amount upfront. Use major cards for payment. Provide the full names (as shown on passports) and total number of travelers.

2. Special Requests
Submit special requests (diet, room, seat, etc.) in writing when you book. We will forward them, but we can’t promise fulfillment. Check directly with airlines for meal needs after you receive tickets.

3. Confirmation & Contract
Once we receive your deposit, we issue a Confirmation Invoice and your contract starts. Check it immediately and notify us of any issues.

4. Final Payment
Pay the balance at least 90 days before departure. If you don’t, we will cancel your booking and apply cancellation fees.

5. Changes by You
Send all change requests in writing. We charge £200 per guest plus supplier costs. Airlines often treat name changes as cancellations. You can’t change bookings within  30 days of departure.

6. Cancellations by You
Write to us to cancel. We deduct cancellation fees from any money you paid. Insurance may cover early returns. Partial cancellations may raise costs for remaining travelers.

7. Extraordinary Circumstances
You may cancel for free if war, natural disasters, or government travel bans affect your destination. We will refund you fully but won’t cover other costs.

8. Early Returns
If you cut your trip short without valid cause, we won’t refund unused services.

9. Rebooking
You may rebook after cancelling, but new terms and fees will apply.

10. Info Accuracy & Itinerary Changes
We aim to provide accurate information. Local conditions may force changes to tours or hotels. We will inform you of significant updates.

11. Changes by Us
We may need to change flights, hotels, or schedules. Minor changes (e.g., under 12-hour flight time shift) don’t qualify for compensation. For major changes (e.g., destination or downgrade), we offer a refund or alternate tour.

12. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel due to low bookings, non-payment, or force majeure. We will refund your payment in full.

13. Refund Payments
We return refunds to your original payment method and currency.

14. Price Changes
Prices may change due to fuel costs, taxes, or currency rates. We will inform you of any increase before you confirm. We may cancel bookings if errors occur in pricing.

15. Company Responsibility
We take responsibility for our services. We don’t cover incidents caused by third parties, customers, or force majeure. We recommend strong travel insurance.

16. Your Responsible

Check government travel advice. Make sure your passport and visas meet destination requirements. Show up on time. We don’t refund missed flights or lost documents.

17. Insurance
Buy comprehensive travel insurance when you book.

 Travel Insurance

You must have valid travel insurance before departure.
Make sure your policy includes COVID-19 coverage.


 If You’re ill or Isolating Before Travel

If you test positive or need to self-isolate before your holiday, it will count as an illness.
Refer to your insurer to confirm your coverage in such situations.


 Cancelling for Other Reasons

You may cancel your trip for personal reasons.
However, standard terms and cancellation fees will apply.
Insurance may cover some costs, depending on your policy.


 Mask use & Safety

Mask rules change by country and venue.
Follow local guidelines and wear a mask when social distancing isn’t possible.
Our health and safety standards meet global travel industry protocols.


 Testing Positive While Abroad

You must follow local rules if you test positive, including possible isolation.
You are responsible for any related costs.


 Returning to the UK

You don’t need to test or quarantine when returning to England.
Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland may have different rules.
Check official sites for current advice.

Please note that CICI Travel cannot accept responsibility for any disruptions, delays, quarantines, or other issues caused by COVID-19 or similar health-related outbreaks during your trip.

We kindly remind all travelers that participation in our tours is taken at their own discretion. It is your responsibility to take all reasonable precautions, including obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs, quarantine, or any other potential risks related to illness or public health events.
