We help you choose the right holiday for your needs. To begin, email us at sales@cicitravel.com.

To confirm your  black sea turkey vacation booking, pay a 40% deposit. If you book within 75 days of departure, pay the full amount when you book. Use any major credit or debit card to make payment to Cici Travel.

At booking, please give us:

  • Full names (as shown in passports)

  • Title, first forename, and surname of each traveler

  • Total number of travelers in your group

Tell us about special requests (diet, room type, bed preference, seating, etc.) in writing when you book on Turkey Black Sea Vacation & Istanbul . Please note that while we do our best to fulfill your special request- such as room type, dietary needs, bed preferences or seating- individual hotels may not always be able to accommodate them. We kindly remind you that we are not responsible for any unmet requests, as these remain at the discretion of each hotel’s management.  We recommend contacting airlines directly for dietary needs after  ticketing.

Most hotels offer check-in in mid-afternoon. If you want your room ready earlier, we can arrange this for an extra fee. Hotel upgrades are often available for an additional charge.

After we receive your deposit for the Black Sea Holiday in Turkey, we will confirm your arrangements and send a Confirmation Invoice. Your contract with us begins when we issue that invoice.

Please check the invoice as soon as you receive it. Contact us right away if anything is incorrect. If you book through a travel advisor, we will send all updates and documents to them.

Pay your balance at least 75 days before departure. If you don’t, we will cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.


Changes & Cancellations on Turkey Black Sea Holiday & Istanbul

Changes by You

Send all change requests in writing, signed by the person who made the original booking. We will assist if possible. We charge £200 per guest plus any extra supplier costs.

Airlines usually treat name changes as cancellations and rebookings. You may lose 100% of the airfare.

You can’t make changes within 28 days of departure, except for transferring a booking. We treat late changes as cancellations and apply fees.

If you change your tour date for a Group Tour, choose a tour of equal or greater value in the same calendar year.

If you want to change your destination, we treat it as a cancellation and rebooking.

Cancellation by You

Send all cancellation requests in writing, signed by the original guest. We count the cancellation from the day we receive your request.

We charge cancellation fees based on how close you are to your departure date.

 Extraordinary Circumstances
You may cancel for free if war, natural disasters, or government travel bans affect your destination. We will refund you fully but won’t cover other costs.

 Early Returns
If you cut your trip short without valid cause, we won’t refund unused services.

 Rebooking
You may rebook after cancelling, but new terms and fees will apply.

 Info Accuracy & Itinerary Changes
We aim to provide accurate information. Local conditions may force changes to tours or hotels. We will inform you of significant updates.

Changes by Us
We may need to change flights, hotels, or schedules. Minor changes (e.g., under 12-hour flight time shift) don’t qualify for compensation. For major changes (e.g., destination or downgrade), we offer a refund or alternate tour.

 Cancellations by Us
We may cancel due to low bookings, non-payment, or force majeure. We will refund your payment in full.

Refund Payments
We return refunds to your original payment method and currency.

Price Changes
Prices may change  on this black sea turkey holiday due to fuel costs, taxes, or currency rates. We will inform you of any increase before you confirm. We may cancel bookings if errors occur in pricing.

Company Responsibility
We take responsibility for our services. We don’t cover incidents caused by third parties, customers, or force majeure. We recommend strong travel insurance.

Your Responsibility
Check government travel advice. Make sure your passport and visas meet destination requirements. Show up on time. We don’t refund missed flights or lost documents.

Insurance
Buy comprehensive travel insurance when you book. Keep your insurance info with you while travelling.
